OK3 Air, a full-service FBO based in scenic Heber City, Utah, just 20 minutes away from Park City and 45 from Salt Lake City, is looking for a full-time sales manager. Our business, which includes flight school, a Part 145 maintenance repair facility, a Part 135 Charter department, full-service Line department, needs an experienced, motivated individual to take our sales department to the next level.

Primary duties of the Aircraft Sales Manager include:

• Conducting aircraft acquisitions consulting with both turbine and piston buyers.
• Managing the brokerage of aircraft, to include late-model Cessna single-engine aircraft, Pilatus PC-12s, and other turboprop or light jet aircraft.
• Generating sales leads and following up with previous leads through AMSTAT, AIRPAC, and Salesforce.com.

Additional duties as overall Sales Manager will include:

• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to grow/sell the following businesses:
  • Aircraft Maintenance
  • Aircraft Management
  • Aircraft Charter
  • Flight School

A bachelor’s degree is required for this position. We ask that applicants have three to five years in piston and turbine acquisitions.  Applicants should have conducted numerous transactions with a clean record.  Knowledge of major aircraft manufacturers and the business aviation industry is required.

Though you will do the majority of your work in Heber City, Utah, this job requires some travel time. We value previous experience as a turbine pilot and the accompanying aeronautical ratings. Applicants with the appropriate aeronautical ratings can be sure of accruing some flight time in this position.  Benefits include a competitive salary, medical and dental coverage, and paid vacation. Starting salary will include a base plus commissions and is determined based on applicant’s extent of experience.
